JB’s Wear
TSCO Pty Ltd commenced trading in the early 1990’s manufacturing one style of tee and polo in 12 different colours and carrying stock in a 240sqm warehouse in South Melbourne. There was no other manufacture warehousing garment stock in Victoria, it was all made to order. To stock garments was a revolutionary idea.
In the mid 90’s recognising the quality of China product coming into Australia and the forth coming uncompetitiveness of Australian made basic clothing. TSCO changed from Australian made garments to those of an importer from China. At this time the Australian Promotional Industry was in its infancy and sleeping giant was awakening. The timing was right.
Over the next ten plus years TSCO grew keeping pace with the exciting Australian growth for Promotional, Sports, School and Work Wear clothing. TSCO with their brands: JB’s Wear, Podium Team wear, JB’s Wear for Work and Colours of Cotton are now sold in every town throughout Australia, New Zealand and surrounding Pacific Islands.
In 2010, TSCO Pty Ltd are operating out of state of the art. Computerised warehouses in each state of Australia, Auckland in New Zealand and their own office in China managing quality assurance.
The garment range now consists of over 12,000 SKU’S items, colours and sizes. The logistical of manufacturing, shipping, warehousing, sales and distribution is managed by small group of very dedicated professionals that thrive on competition.
