The Challenge
Reduce franchisee frustration and complaints, reduce courier fees and improve stock management and delivery times. Deliver a sinle user interface that allows all franchises to manage their products.
The solution
We implement a designated a Customer Account Manager and Account Director to manage franchise expectations. We pre-printed materials to have enough stock for 3 months whilst storing all materials in a single warehouse to have one shipping point. We implemented and still manage a seamless solution that sees all materials shipped to the client within 48 hours and customer frustrations and complaints are near non-existent.
